Best cam for my setup.

I need advice on cams for my car. I was thinking of something from this company: www.integralcams.com/miata.htm

The car may see some street driving but most of the time it will be a open track day car and some drift events maybe. So I need power from 3500-7500rpm.

Here are all teh other parts I have:

ENGINE
+Wiseco pistons (.040 over, 8.6:1),
+ETD racing H-beam rods,
+Racetronix 900cc Injectors replaced the Precision Turbo 780cc Injectors,
Garrett GT3076r .63 a/r turbo,
+21x9x3 intercooler,
TiAL 44mm W/G,
TiAL 50mm BOV,
+MS-I v3.0,
+Innovate WBO2,
+COP's,
+3" ss exhaust,
Equal length runner exhaust manifold,
+Custom intake manifold
+w/75mm throttle body,
+Custom dual feed Fuel Rail,
+FueLab FPR,
+Walbro 255lph hp fuel pump,
+TII LSD differential,
+TII Transmission,
+Clutchnet 6-puck sprung hub clutch,
+Clutchnet 3x red (racing) PP,
+Stock FLywheel FTW,
+HASTE 52mm radiator.
1mm oversize intake and exhaust valves, springs and titanium retainers.

I have some used Web cams for sale. Check my post in the classifieds and PM me if interested.

Looks like the Stage 2 turbo cams might be a good starting point for modeling (i'm assuming you don't want to spend crazy money on the full race shim under bucket race cams). See if you can get full cam specs on both the Stage 2 turbo cams (open & close events for both valves as well duration @ .050, and what the lobe acceleration rates are).

I'd also ask them why they are suggesting dual pattern tubo cam profiles that are biased to the intake rather than the exhaust (note the "turbo cams" package is a Stage 2 NA cam for the turbo intake and a Stage 1L NA exhaust cam for the turbo exhaust.

BTW, the best way to optimize your combination is to defer cam evaluation until after you have the the airflow numbers of your head (after porting and valve work) on both the intake and exhaust ports.

With that powerband, driftoing, you're going to need to slip the clutch alot. How heavy is the pedal effort on that plate?
