Default stronger exhaust hangers

I put my 3" exhaust in last week, using the stock rubber hangers. They seem to have sagged a little, the 3" is quite heavier than stock. Do you guys use silicone hangers? where can I get something stronger?

You can use poly hangers. Not sure where to get them though.

Good-win Racing. Polyurethane. $8.95/each + Shipping. I have them on my FM duals and they are great.

i dont think the urethane hangars are significantly different than the rubber stockers. i've run both and i'm not really impressed with the latter over stock.

I put a hose clamp around the stock rubber ones to tighten them up, worked perfect.

I have the hangers that have a steel frame with rubber around it, I think they're the magnaflow ones, work great

I started using urethane ones that are even harder than the Powerflex units sold by Goodwin. I have a few sets in stock for $30 shipped a pair.

Did you reuse the original ones? Usually they stretch and sag over time. You can buy new rubber at the parts store for a few bucks a pop. If they are inadequate you can add a couple to distribute the weight.
