Default Breaking up under boost

I've read all over the forums and I cant seem to find a definitive answer. I've started to have an issue when I get over 8psi, my car begins to stutter. I use to run at 14psi with no issues at all. I've done all the obvious (that I can think of) ie. Checking my over boost protection (set at 16psi) checking grounds, gaping my spark plugs more/just completely changing them (I began with the extended reach ones on flyin miata now to bkr7e plugs.) I would do more however I currently dont have a space to do other work than that. From the logs I dont seem to run lean so i dont think it's a fueling issue, also when I changed the spark plugs it worked for one pull than it went right back to stuttering.

Useful info?
1992 1.6
440cc injectors
Ms2pnp ecu
T28 turbo -14psi
Bkr7e spark plugs - .28

I guess worst case scenario flyin miata is down the street. Maybe one of them will give me a hand.

My AFRs are lean at lower rpms. I had switched back to this map to see if it had something to do with the tune I was using before

Coils or bad plug wires is my guess.
