Default RX7 Injectors

I've got a set of 88 NA (195500-1950) for my car, since the other plug and play set turned out to have a bad injector. I'm taking them to have them cleaned today.

For those that have used RX7 injectors, what did you use for the bottom insulators? Miata or RX7 parts? The place that is cleaning them for me doesn't replace the insulators.

When I put my supra greentops in the car I used a new seal kit and would like to reuse it with the RX7 injectors.

I just ordered a set of 4 lower grommets for my 550 RX7 injectors from Mazdatrix for $2.00 a piece if you want new ones. I figure why not.

Do you know this for sure or are you talking out of your ***?

Forgot that I had them .... checked against my old 1.6 injectors ... bottom insulators will not fit over the RX7 pintle caps. Ordered a new seal kit from NAPA.

I guess I'm more worried about the RX7 bits playing nice with the Miata head.

i assumed it would work as I used my 1.6 o-rings and lower grommets for my 1.8L injectors and supra 305cc injectors.

Since they are all Nippon-Denso injectors that share the same shape I figured they would work...bet the pintle caps are just a big bigger...correct?

The rx7 injectors I have had pintle caps that were like .25mm too thick on both sides. I just took them off, problem solved.
