Clutch, flywheel, and Dyno

I'm going to condense a few random Q's I've got into this to keep you all from getting tired of seeing my threads ;)

So, with boost at 10 psi, the existing clutch is begging me to end its torture.
Just bought the ebay 6-puck clutch as Magna and others have had good experiences with it, and I like to save the $$.
Will be installing the new clutch this Sat at my friend's shop (paying him for shop/lift time with a costco case of monsters).
My local machining shop can resurface the flywheel on Sat, but need to know if it is a stepped or flat flywheel - so first question is, what is it? I have no idea.

Once the clutch and resurfaced flywheel are in, my drivetrain will be on par with the motor (put a 1.8 diff in last week). So, and I am totally stoked about this as I've never been to one, it's time to dyno tune the car.
I will be making some det cans this week.
I have only a vague idea of how to tune the car on the dyno. The dyno guy has experience with miatas but not MS. Besides, I'd like to do this myself anyways. Could anyone give me a run down of what to do, how to find MBT so that I can get the timing right, etc.? It'd be much appreciated.
I will do one run first off of the car just how it is when it rolls up for a baseline, then begin to tune to a final end tune, and it would be great to see some improvements, especially in spark tuning as that is very tough if not impossible to properly tune on the street.

Thanks
-Ryan

read my dyno thread. If you still have questions I'll answer them later.

pass basically keep throwing timing in until you begin to det or make less power then back off a hair from that. Dont be afraid to lean or richen your AFR as well. Just dont do both at the same time. Unless you notice a major deficiency then either change timing or fuel between pulls not both. Becouse if you go to far on one or the other it is nice to be able to trace your way back to where things went wrong. GL man :D
