Considering selling my turbo miata project, what should I ask for it

It’s a 1991, clean title, no rust at all, 5 speed manual with a new ACT clutch, has a built motor (all new bearings, all new gaskets, I beam rods, forged pistons, cometic head gasket, arp head studs, factory brand new head, larger injectors), eBay turbo, eBay cast manifold, no name intercooler, megasquirt 1 Extra ecu.

It also has a double hoop rollbar, tein coilovers, and a few other upgrades.

It is all put back together, but hasn’t been started yet because I haven’t been able to figure out tuning (can’t get it to connect to my laptop). Obviously I’d get a lot more from it if it was running, but I could use the money now.

so what should I ask for it?

I don't know how much you should ask for it; in my mind, a modified car that doesn't run qualifies as a parts car. My advice, if you can't get it running, is to return it to stock and sell the car and parts separately. Actually, that's my advice, regardless. You'll likely maximize your price that way and probably avoid a lot of questions from potential buyers.

I don't think many people will do anything but lowball an ebay parts special car that doesn't run, especially a fresh rebuild that's never even been started. Is it a meticulously cleaned, machined, and balanced long block that'll take 350 hp, or will it grind itself to an unwarrantied pile of swarf within the first few hours of running? A buyer has no way of knowing. I may also not be the only one to question why someone would apparently spend the money to build the engine but use no-name turbo parts, a transmission that won't handle the power the engine can make, and a standalone that's a decade or two out of date. I'll keep a happy thought and assume that the original 1.6 diff isn't in there anymore.

The car, as described, raises a lot of red flags to me, and that's assuming it has a straight, rust-free shell that'll present well once the mechanicals are finally sorted out.

See above.
Elaborating on engine internals would be helpful, but judging by MS1 and ebay turbo/manifold; nothing worthwhile, which amplifies the "this engine may be junk on startup" factor in most peoples' heads.
Not many people here would be eager for it. Facebook would be better, everyone loves cxracing junk there.
