Crossflow Radiator Brackets

Installing a crossflow radiator. The top OEM brackets are too large for the top posts on the radiator. Are you guys using rubber grommets or something else to take up the gap?

I believe I just re-used the grommets from the old radiator.

Ok, I feel dumb. I'm going to blame the heat.
I didn't realize the rubber on the OEM radiator would just slide off with a little force.
