Default Engine rebuild in WA

Im boosting my 2000 soon. I have 106k on the motor and it runs great so far. But I would like to find a good shop with fair prices for rebuilding my motor. anyone know anyone around the seattle area?

I am either going with a kit from someone on here or FM. But I did stumble across this. Any thoughts?

dont rebuild unless you need to or you're thinking about swapping in better parts.

then dont toast it. or better yet, rebuild it now, and toast it later.....that's fun.

+1, this is all you really need to do. If you pass dont bother, if not, then c onsider rebuilding....because it needs a rebuild.

nothing should unexpectedly happen to the motor, and having it rebuilt first won't save you. It's all in the tune.

If you do rebuild, get ahold of Whitman engines. They are the premier WA engine builder. They are in Kirkland.
