Do you think this supercharged miata is a good deal

What do you guys think of this?

1993 Mazda Miata Red Supercharged

Red 93 Miata, Nicest one in town. 2nd owner. Supercharged. 145k miles, but all mods are new. The supercharger has just been rebuilt about 5k miles ago. This unit is designed to run over 100k miles. It lasted 136k, and is now ready for another 100k. I have not raced this car, I'm 38 , not a kid. The point of the supercharger is to climb the mountain grades. I must let my baby go. I have a Mustang now. There are too many things to list, but here are a few. Jackson Racing headrer and CAT, Magnaflow exhaust, Black inter, 16 inch Konig rims w/ Yokohama's, new Robin's canvas top w/ glass window, p/s, ABS p/b, p/w, p/mirrors, A/C just serviced on May 8th. 5 speed. Chrome roll bar. Jay Leno was asked what car he thought would be the new collector car in years to come, his answer... the Mazda Miata. Please call me for more info. If you don't have money or a serious trade of equal value, don't waste my time please. No, I don't want your mobile home. Trade for 4 door pickup like a Toyota goes to the front of the line. I could even throw in a 99 dodge ram 4x quad-cab to sweeten the trade. Please just call me, no emails. P.S. If you feel weary of a supercharger, don't call me... I've had 3 calls that people said they feel uneasy about a S-charger. They know nothing and just waste my time.
Thanks, Chad
Do you think its a good deal?
I sent him a text before asking asking if the supercharger has been on for 135k miles and he said yes it was rebuilt at 135 by magnuson out of california.

Would you be worried that the supercharger has been on the car for so long? I'm not familiar with superchargers. Are there things I should look out if I go to look at it?
Thanks

you can buy that supercharger kit for $1k or less...is that a $3300 car w/out the blower? Not if it has a 1.6 rear-end.

For me a lot of it would come down to the suspension, which he makes no mention of in the ad. For $4000, if it had any sort of suspension upgrades, I think it'd be worth it, but if it has the stock suspension, it's not. Condition of tires also a major factor here, if the tires have a couple years left in them, and are decent (Yokohama makes good tires and crappy tires, so just the brand means nothing), may help things some.

Concerns I'd have are mostly the 1.6 rear, style bar (just because I'd have to remove the stupid piece of crap) and the fact that it has 16" not so great wheels.

Not exactly a screaming deal that I'd go running after with cash in hand. Not the most overpriced/worst Miata I've ever seen either. Need more information to make better determinations, though.

For $1,055 more you could have this: https://www.miataturbo.net/forum/t36112/

Besides; Todd is a well known member of this board and a really nice guy also!

What are your plans for the car?

Daily?
tracktime?
dragster?
autoX?

If its a daily then you could probably go ahead and check it out. But, if you plan on competing with the car i would look for a 94-97 with a Torsen rear end. The majority of the forum is turbocharged for a reason.

I wouldnt buy it IMO.
