Found this while cleaning the crap out of the inner front fender. Appears to be a cover of some sort. There's a part number molded in, but I can't quite read it.

Almost looks like a blob of machinists wax that was covering something before it was installed into the car and it fell into the car instead of being tossed out.

I found the same thing by the washer fluid tank. No idea.
