Ebay Wheel Spacers.

hi guys i was looking around for a set of wheel spacers for a decent price and i came across this one on ebay: Four Billet Hubcentric Wheel Spacers 4x100mm 0 4" or 10mm Thickness 54 1mm Bore | eBay i was wondering if anyone had any experience with it? i know if i buy them i will need longer studs, which idk where to get atm.
