Engine shipping
I just wanted to throw this out there.
engineshippers.com I'm using them to have an engine shipped from PA. Both pickup and drop off require a lift gate truck $230. Great deal compared to other methods. Lift gate service seems to cost $30 per use i.e. pickup is 30 and drop off is 30. If I had a loading dock at both ends it would have probably been only $170 |

Oddly enough, LTL FedEx and UPS are also great methods when you ship engines on a pallet. It cost me $130 to ship a MSM tranny, 2 seats, fender, and bumpers from Alabama to Maryland a few months back.
