Default Help needed with passing emissions

So I took the car to have it emissions tested today (Ontario)
And the car failed

I took a couple of pix of my test results and hopefully you guys can give me some tips to hopefully pass the test.

Here is a link to the results

Emissions test - a set on Flickr

Here is a run down of my set up too.

Greddy kit
1.6 inj
2.5 turbo tony Dp
DP6061 2.5 exhaust
2.5 High flow metal core cat.
K&N
VTA BOV
2.5 I/C piping
I/C
FM boost/vac gauge
AEM WB O2
Bipes
14 degree base timing
Older Guy O2 Clamp
5psi of boost showing on the gauge
Vac is ~25 @ idle

Bipes settings currently
pulling 12*
1* for each 50 F
start retard at 3000-4000

Thanks again for the help!

I really want to re-test tomorrow so that I can get a plate sticker and get here on the road for the summer
Running on a 10 day permit right now that expires on monday...

Yes, I made sure that she was nice and hot before I had it tested.

Retard timing to 1*BTDc before going to the smog shop. Works every time for me.

Thanks,

I am thinking of retarding from 14* to 10*
Also I may route the valve cover hose back to the intake now too.

You guys think that I should mess with the Bipes or just retard the base timing to 10* ?
