Exedy Stage 1 Organic onto 1990 1.6L?

Hi; my name is Jared. Long time listener; first time caller.....

I've been searching like crazy; just boosted my 1990 (92 motor) Miata with a good old Greddy Kit. Runs fantastic; intercooler to be done in the future. My dying stock clutch is way past its freshness date and an upgrade is in order.

I've seen all the ebay brands; but honestly I don't want to scrimp now and have big headaches later.

What is the concensus on the Exedy Stage 1 Organic kit for approx$300? :noob:

I like mine. I don't any drag racing or many hard launches but I have an MSM with 250hp/250tq and it seems to be holding well and is easy to drive(important for the wife)

I have the exedy stage 1 organic from an ebay vendor called "Clutch Cartel". Its a Daikin (Exedy) stage 1 PP for sure, but I cant see any marking on the disc. Regardless, it seems to be holding fine so far. However, I have a 2004 flywheel and 1.8 clutch parts, not the 1.6.

Thanks for the quick replies. I know Exedy is a "brandname"; just wondering how well it holds up and ease of driving. This seems like a setup that meets my criteria. I don't want to save $100 to lose 2 years of clutch life or increase risk of a major blowup. I don't beat on my car so this sounds like a good choice for me.
