Default NB - Gauges in vents - any way to still allow air through -any custom work out there?

I really like the look of the gauges mounted in the 2 center vents. I also really like to be warm in our cold climate. I have seen some pretty amazing custom things out there and was wondering if anyone had made a way to still get the air around the gauges and be somewhat functional?

On an alternate route besides the A-Pillar who has some pics of custom and clean gauge setups on an NB.

I know if I remove the stock radio i have that option but I dont want to get into modding the audio just yet as it opens up a new world of expenses that I dont want to get into.

Use the heater vented at your feet, hot air rises.

What gauges besides boost/afr do you need/want. I don't understand why more people don't use these vgauges You can have 4 read outs in just 2 gauges. I currently have the water/oil combo and it works great, I'm planning on getting the boost/afr combo gauge.

Wrong - checked with snopes.com and they said that hot air does not rise, that is an urban myth.

Actually in my climate (-1C to -35C for 5 months) I need upper vents.

I like that dual guage, I could handle a single center one.

I just bought a Uego last week - ratts!

I'll have to think about that - thanks for the lead.

hot air is less dense than cold air and is buoyant. it will go up relative to the ground.

I use a single center one. the other gauges are above the stereo.

I know, that was my idea of a joke. You know its winter here - that's what happens when you get cabin fever - All work and no play make jack a dull boy
