looks real nice, and nice pictures, are those the 15x8s?

reddroptop 07-27-2008 08:51 PM

15x9's, thanks.

Pictures are crappy, gotta get together with some of the local guys who actually know how to shoot to make it look amazing.

naarleven 07-27-2008 08:54 PM

Looks super nice.

Wish I could do the same on my car. Soon I hope.

To OP: Though you cant see this because you blocked me for some reason I can't figure out.

Fireindc 07-27-2008 09:00 PM

Because you were being dumb, and I was ticked off.

Anyways, Thanks guys.

All it needs now is my 3" SS turboback and big FMIC connected to a working turbo, and it will be pimp. Unfortunately, looks like I am going to pull a hustler and wait until the new year for various reasons.

Redrocket27 07-27-2008 09:39 PM

Love the car, man. What size tires on those 15x9's? Fender rolling too, right?

18psi 07-27-2008 09:58 PM

looks like he pulled the fenders...or am I wrong?
the car looks great, and those rims..............HOLY CRAP, im a believer now!!!! Where did you get them and how much? if its not a secret...wow

reddroptop 07-27-2008 10:03 PM

The fenders are pulled 1.5" each on the fronts, 0.75" on the rears.

949Racing.com . They are ~200$ each.

18psi 07-27-2008 10:07 PM

it looks awesome man...very nice...thanx for the info too

Nitroracer 07-27-2008 10:35 PM

I watched the body work over on GRM, turned out great!

curly 07-27-2008 10:35 PM

Very clean!

Is that a CF hood on the bus? word.

M-Tuned 07-27-2008 10:38 PM

Looks great Buddy! Lemme know when you decide to crack into that Turbo Installation.

bryantaylor 07-27-2008 10:40 PM

I'd link to the GRM build thread, but that one got split up in the middle of a board move.

I lol'd at the ding removal. If you read the thread, you will see why.

I wonder if I could take out the turn signals, but direct the air to the radiator to help cooling? I might at least do that for the oil cooler. I really want to keep with the sleeper look.

Zabac 07-27-2008 11:08 PM

thats sex man, props for keeping the black stripe on the bottom

I don't see how you could direct the air to the rad.

Hustler, do what I am going to do. Have 2 front bumpers, one hacked to shit with tons of cooling and ducting, the other your street bumper. I have gotten it down to 30min to take it on/off.

Not sure how much of a sleeper my car is, but I like the clean look.

Will do, thanks Marc.

LOL.

I honestly did not expect the car to turn out this well.

I posted this earlier, but if anyone wants anymore info, the whole current build is documented in 4 places, but the CR.net thread is the easiest to read:

Thanks guys, the reactions have been awesome.

I don't understand why people remove that, it looks stupid without it.

Savington 07-27-2008 11:22 PM

I love the pulled fenders. Clean as fuck, very nice.

cjernigan 07-27-2008 11:23 PM

Car looks really great, i want you 9s. My 8s don't turn me on like they used to.

I'm fighting this right now. However, it may be my best option. I'm going to start with a shroud on the front, and go from there.

Braineack 07-28-2008 09:13 AM

Hurry up with the turbo install.
