Friday afternoon valve cover fun (warning lots of iPhone pics)

I picked up a spare valve cover at pick and pull a few weeks ago, got around to playing with it this afternoon.
DISCLAIMER: I have factory cam gears and I most likely wont put this on my car. If I do, I'll be welding in some AN fittings for the oil-breather system next friday. Any advice on what size AN fitting to use? -Geoff |

I have never heard of putting a AN fitting in a valve cover. what does oil-breather system do?
