Can you fit T-bolt clamps in there? It shouldn't cost more than $10 for two.

Sorry guys I should have been more specific. The black pipe keeps coming off of the turbo. I have a TDR clamp on there torqued down alot and it still seems to slide off.

Just go to an autoparts store and get a large hose clamp... the worm-type will work fine as there's really no pressure there. I'm actually surprised your zip-tie isn't good enough.

Doesn't look like the inner clamp gets a good bite on the compressor inlet.

Try spraying a little hairspray on the coupler, and see if you can get a lower profile clamp that fits in there better, and crank it tight with a wrench or ratchet (not a screwdriver).

Or maybe you can run that flexi-**** all the way to the comp inlet, and eliminate the main problem of gravity pulling that heavy *** black pipe away from the comp inlet.

Is there a lip on the black pipe? If not you need to weld a bead around it and that will give the hose clamp something to hold onto.

Is this still your current setup:

You mean the intake pipe is falling off the turbo or the red-plastic hose is falling off the pipe.

The pipe should be held on with a clamp... if it's a worm clamp, you need to upgrade to a T-bolt. If it's the red-plastic falling off, just get a cheap worm-clamp. There's really no pressure in there, so it's not "blowing" off... just weight and vibration causing it to come off.

You would also do pretty good to cut a hole in your firewall near the filter... get some DIY Randall Cowl action in there for some lower intake temps.
