Getting a 2nd Miata for FREE!

Well sorta... I manage a car/truck rental company with a full agrage, lift, and any tool I could ever need from when I was a mechanic. I recently saw a post from a fellow Miata enthusiest who has a 95' and another Miata that he needs a drivetrain put in. He said he would be willing to give the 95' to anyone willing to help him swap the drivetrain into the car he wants to keep. I messaged him and it looks like we will be doing everything this weekend or next! The 95' I will be getting has a clear title, currently in his name. It is fully loaded with a Torsen rear, power everything etc... It does have a rough idle, so I might try to figure that out...
My real dilemma is deciding what I want to do with it! I am thinking right now that I might swap the torsen into my 91' and put my lsd back in the 95... and sell it as is... First one to offer me 1K gets it, and I would use that $$ for turbo parts for my build. I DO want a 1.8, but I don't know what shape the motor is in (150,000miles) and I can't have too much down time for my car... so it wouldnt make sense to swap the 1.8 and my 1.6 at this time. I also thought about keeping the car as a parts car... pulling the motor for a re-build and put it in my 91' when it's time to go turbo... Ahhh I don't know.. I don't even have the car yet and the juices are flowing! Figured I might get some opinions on here help me decide which path I should take here! Thats a hellofa deal there. Have you met the guy yet? Could turn out to be a killer or worse than that, a retard when it comes to working on cars. Asking soo many dumb questions, not using the search button...
