I had it in the trunk from when I went to an AutoX earlier this month. I've been wanting to get track shots. My buddy and I are going to try and shoot each others cars this Sunday.

I seriously watch commericals and movies and see what you can see in refletions. it's funny. those new sentra commericals show the crew in almost every shot.

why use a tripod when there's sufficient lighting? Tripods are useful when your shutter speeds are below ~ 1/30. Your exterior shots were around 1/200-1/500, easily fast enough for hand held shots.

It allows a steady plataform so that repeat shots with different exposures, washes, etc can be tried.
