Help!! AC Compressor Belt Stuck?!?
 

I'm just digging into doing my first timing belt/water pump and I have ran into my first issue. I cannot seem to find a way to loosen the AC belt. On all the guide i have found there seems to be a bracket with a slot that you can loosen and just move out of the way. My has no power steering from the factory and Im lost. It seems like it should just be the screw on that pulley but no matter what I do, it will not budge and i cannot loosen the belt. I added some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. Any help would be very much appreciated, Thanks!

You'll have to loosen the center bolt.
