just listed. I could sell mine and end up even. withless miles and better paint. Swap over my 1.8 brakes, top, and AGX and sell mine. now to get in touch with them :bigtu:

It looks like the wife's bone stock daily driver.

Stuff I'd think about:
It's probably the original stock clutch, might need a new one depending on your right foot. A new stock clutch is only $100.
Rear brakes replaced... what about the fronts?... set of new OEM front rotors and pads=$120.
If the plug wires are stock, they are shot, new Magnecors=$75.
What does "top reconditioned" mean? Does that mean "new top"?
With power windows and cruise control, it's a "B" package, it also has power steering which isn't listed. It should also have a power antenna, but I see a fixed one.
I know a lot of the stock plasic radiators begin to fail over 100k miles. Check out the end caps real good signs of wear.
The paint looks fine for a red of that age. It looks like in one of the pics that the front bumper is a different shade than the hood/fenders. It might be because the bumper is platic and the paint has aged differently. It might also mean the front bumper is newer due to an accident.

It looks like it's nice mid-mileage BONE STOCK car. IIRC, it's probably the heaviest Miata you could get that year. By heavy, I'm only talking about the AC/PS/PW... maybe 100lbs. If you plan on modding it, ie. installing a turbo, the AC and PS present unique problems.

Overall, (even if you've got to replace a few things) it looks like a great deal.
