How to keep 10th ann. seats clean (suede seats)
Use special cleaner on them otherwise they will start coming apart. I use water with a little laundry detergent on a microfiber to loosen dirt, then wet them with water fro ma spray bottle and blot the water up with paper towels and then use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush to stand the suede material up and bring excess water up to the surface of the seat...followed by more blotting with paper towel. After that, toss a fan on them to get them to dry fast and once dry, wipe them pretty hard with a clean, dry microfiber to soften the suede (it'll get stiff from getting wet and drying).

yeah the seats are just super stiff
That's the structure of the foam, not the suede fibers. When you wash the seats, you'll know what I am talking about. The stiffness you are feeling is the seat foam. 99/00 seats are notorious for being rather stiff. Search "foamectomy" on how to fix that.
