Default I need transmission help.

Hey, I own a 1993 Mazda Miata and I plan to do an engine swap with a Honda K24A2 with a supercharger. However, I can't find anything on a manual transmission that can handle 400+ horsepower and fit my car. Does anyone know of one?

Also, if anyone knows whether or not I need to get a stronger drive shaft or rear diff that would be helpful.

I've posted this on about four different forums, and no one's been able to help yet :(

Nope. There are no documented K24 swaps or transmission swaps that anyone on here would know about. Certainly nothing that could handle 400 WHP. Never been done and probably never will be done. Don't try searching for "Miata Transmission Swap K24" , you definitely wouldn't find anything...

Really? What transmission do people usually use when swapping to a K24A2?

I'd start by researching the Muncie M20 and go from there depending on what your end goals are.

Me and all my homies prefer the rock crusher m22 over m20

I don't remember if the M22 has the granny gear. I do find that really useful for getting the car on and off the trailer.

Thanks for the options! Ofc, I would prefer a 5 or 6 speed for fuel reasons, but I'm willing to sacrifice some fuel economy to achieve my dream build.
