Idle problems, help!

I am having a few stupid idle problems, and I'm just trying to get everything working correctly for the mspnp install.

Heres what it does

In this video you can see it start, and idle perfectly. As soon as i rev it, the afrs go apeshit and it holds the idle high before settling. This isn't so bad.

In this next video you can see the afrs are very rich, which i am okay with.. except for the fact that this is with stock ecu, and stock fueling. Im pretty sure it is not normal.

Here you can see the afrs go apeshit again. Not sure if this helps at all.

And finally when i turn on the AC, the idles raise to 2k hold and wont really drop.

Mainly the only reason i worry about any of this, as i want to eliminate my problems BEFORE i install MS. The car has 180 on it, so I'm really starting to think it might be the AFM ate shit or something along those lines. And if that is the case, the car will run better with ms.

Also, i forgot to add that the car has a slight hesitation when you hit the throttle, but if you roll onto the throttle smoothly it revs up just fine.

Already replaced the plugs, and wires are next.. but im doubting them because the fact that rolling smoothly on the throttle does not cause hesitation.

Help! ><

I dont have the Airfuel gauge but my idle does that too if I rev. So Ill be watching this.

Anyone have any ideas? I reset the idle with ten and gnd jumpered, checked for vac leaks, tried and cleaned the iac valve..

I am so lost, i just want to fix this before i put the megasquirt in..

Any ideas please.

Is the engine up to temperature when it is doing this? Or is it stone cold?

I had driven a half hour so I was up to temp at the time

Mine does it when warm and cold. The hesitation is worse when cold though, but still does it when warm.

EDIT: and here are some vids i just went and took of my hesitation problem

In this one you can clearly see when i modulate the throttle it hesitates hard then revs. And if i roll onto the throttle it revs up just fine.

And in this one, you can see my foot modulating the throttle, and the AFRs. Note that they go full "lean". I am not sure how accurate this is, because when i actually rev up the motor to say 5k, or enough to sound the bov it shows full lean, but i can clearly smell fuel and see black smoke under the car(open downpipe).

Also, please excuse shitty camera sound, its just a digital camera.
Once again, PLEASE help me! ;(, and let me know if you guys need any more info to help me. First thing im trying next is wires, as plugs are new.

If the car missfires then the WB will read dead lean beacuse the cylinder just dumped a whole load of oxygen down the exhaust. It will still smell of fuel and make black smoke because of the unburnt fuel.

The hesitation on sharp revving but smooth roll on sounds similar (I havn't watched the vids as im at work) to my dead coil pack. Go for a drive shift into 5th at about 20mph and listen for coughs splutters and bangs.

If its missing like a bitch and causing dead lean readings then it could be that the ecu is adding even more fuel to compensate and its taking a while to stabilise. Does anyone know if the stock ECU idles in closed loop?
