Injector duty cycle

Is there a formula to find estimated horsepower using injector duty cycle? If so, what is it? The car hits the dyno later in the week and I want to set it up on the street as best as I can to get it close to my target. I won't be able to do any tuning on the dyno, so I hope to have it correct prior so I don't have to go back after I make changes. So far it feels slow to me.

So you're going to the dyno to find out what? How much power a poor tune can make? You've got a nice parts list there. It would be a shame not to bring it all together with a good tune.

I just want to know where I'm at so I don't push it further than the limitations of the stock motor. The tune I have is good enough to keep me safe at the current boost level and then some. This is a stock engine and I don't want to blow it by pushing it more than I should. If it's at 220 or so, then I feel I could safely turn it up until I hit 250 or so safely. The built motor goes in this winter, I just need to drive this thing for a bit before I lose interest in it and sell it.
