Default underdash wiring

Anyone have pictures of how it should look? The PO is/was/forever will be a jackass. Appears the car used to have an alarm but all the dude took was the unit itself and left all the messy wiring. Also any shots of behind the glovebox would be helpful too. NA btw... Thanx.

Also posting this on miata.net

Edit: 1990, any wires under the dash at all its a mess! under the wheel, behind the glove box, behind and around the center consul. anything

I can think of a couple of reasons why the next three posters are going to give you smartass answers:

1- Which year Miata?

2- What part of the wiring, specifically?

I have a 90' and I have alot of the interior taken apart. I can go snap some pics and have them posted in a hour or so.

Would that big black box happen to be the A/C evaporator box?

Pretty common place to stick things, actually. Before I removed my A/C entirely, the power supply for my in-car PC was stuck to it. So far as I'm aware, there is no factory device adhered to that box with Velcro. But as will all things of this nature, trace the wires.

Well now that I think about it.....I'm not sure if my shots will help you at all. I had my dash apart to wire up my new gauges, LC1, and turbo timer.....so some of my **** looks different than it should. But I took the pics anyway, hopefully they can help you some. Ohh, and I didn't see anything with velcro behind my glovebox, but I also don't have AC.
