LC-1 Install...

K so first off not going to use the stock o2 location for the LC-1 on the Tony Pipe. So where should I get the new hole drilled? Also do I have the little black box of the LC-1 inside the cabin zip tied up somewhere or zip tied somewhere in the engine bay?

if you move the bung to somewhere like just before the cat, the easiest way is to mount the controller just behind the dash, and route the sensor under the shift boot.

Sounds like a damn good idea... I will plan on it that way... yeah didnt really want the controller like chilling outside the car.

Mine's by the brake master.

I moved my airbag hookups and ziptied the LC1 controller to that bracket.

so far Brains seems the easiest and simplest way.

I installed mine under the drivers seat , ran the wires to the gauge thru the factory wire chase to the a pillar. i drillled a hole in the trans tunnel for the sensor & installed a grommet w/ silicone . This may take more time but ends up a real clean install. good luck & watch your grounds:vash:

I ran mine zipped to the PPF for about 6 months. Dunno if that's why mine died. Under the shift boot was way easy, the controller is resting just behind the radio area. I routed the LC-1 cables up into the glovebox so if I ever need to install the laptop directly to it for any reason, they are easy to access.
