both probably easy enough to cut, it cut like butter with my air rotary tool. some of the edges weren't smooth because the wheel i sued was thicker, but it sanded down like clay, very easy to work with.

You need to clearance the area above the timing belt cover, especially so with 90-93 chassis with 1.8 motors. It *should* drop into a 90-93 with stock motor, but I believe Brad is running a 1.6 so...

whaaamx5 clearanced his to fit, his (94 or 95) with 1.8 motor and it looks and fits fine.

i thought ben said it would drop into a 90-93 stock motor

that's my motor in the pics. it's a stock 1.6 with stock motor mounts. rappandan's is a 1.6l with mmr motor mounts, actually lower than stock.
...dunno what to tell you.

that hood would have been awesome if he hadn't gone all club roadster with the shark gills. it's too bad he didn't ask for design input from people who aren't complete retards.

Yeah I like how he accepted community input, I do not like how he only accepted input from CR.net fanboys.

and then he went off on emilio, when emilio asked him if the shark gills could be removed or relocated.

you guys are idiots. you gotta do something to cool your cams. opening up gills over a high pressure zone is the best way!

Haha could always fiberglass the gills shut Thats just a bit more effort then I'm willing to spend on it though. IMO the only car that looks good w/ those type of "gills" are the s2ks.

Wait wait, I've got it. Fish have gills right (a)? Fish use the gills to breathe underwater! Therefore if a car has gills it can certainly breathe underwater!
