I found a 92 Miata in yellow. It's been driven in the winter a few times, but it has an FMII turbo kit with a GT2560 and Link MK2 ECU, as well as nice seats with headrest speakers and a ton of other little stuff.

I have a 91 Miata from Florida that's been rebuilt with forged internals and bored out (don't know how much, waiting on getting the paperwork).

I want to move all of the nice stuff to my pristine 91, the stock 1.6 stuff over to the yellow one and sell it, since it'd probably be cheaper than buying all of this stuff outright.

Think it would be more trouble than it's worth?
Would I just need to retune the ECU for the other motor and just plug the stock ECU in to the other motor with swapped injectors etc?

That's what I'd do. Return the 92 to stock and sell it. If it's in good condition it should sell pretty quick.
