Default Boost/engine problem

A while ago I posted about a problem with my fuel pumps not powering on. I got the response of it being the AFM or the COR relay. I have swapped both of those, as well as another computer. Still the same problem...

Now, I have to get my car from my apartment back to my parents garage. Not a big deal in itself, but the car has not been working. I ran a power wire from the batery, to a relay and fuse, and to a switch and then back to the pumps. This works well enough for me to get the car to the garage, but if I hit 10 or so pounds of boost and let off, the car will run "bogged down" for a few seconds and then die. I can start it up and it is fine again until I get into boost.

My thoughts are that it is a boost leak from somewhere, but I also have a feeling that it may be the MSD boost/timing box that is on the car. Any thoughts?

Some details of your setup would be helpful information like type of turbo, intercooler, bov atm or recirc, fuel type and management, etc

The car has an older gen. BEGI kit. The no management to speak of, other that the MSD boost/timing deal. It is a recirculated BV, and is currently running a tiny Bell intercooler. Fuel type is 93, with the occasional spritz of 100 octane if I am going to be "playing".

Since that pic was taken, it has been upgrades with an aluminum radiator, new hardlines for the turbo water supply/return, and maintenance items.

maybe you could find some one with a fog machine. Atleast you would be able to rule out air leaks. Does it run fine as long you don't go over 10lbs or is it anytime you run in boost and let off?

It happens after at least a few pounds of boost.

do you have a wideband? what does it read when you let off? did you check the fmu and make sure it is working properly?
