yeah, michelin owns BFG and Uniroyal. A couple of weeks ago they had their car show with the bf goodrich tractor trailer that hauls their shit to drift events and such. Saw a fat-ass tire with some japanese writing on it when i was snoopin around in there :dunno:

yeah, used to get so much tire money per year, but i can still get discontinued tires. Like BFG T/A's for $20 a pop (currently on my 240 and miata)

michelin owns a controlling share of hankook. which explains fat-ass tire with some japanese writing on it. korean looks similar to japanese.

mazda/nissan 11-06-2007 07:14 PM

its all greek to me :dunno:

left field 11-06-2007 07:19 PM

some BFGs are really hankooks

mazda/nissan 11-06-2007 09:43 PM

hustler 11-07-2007 08:55 AM

mazda/nissan 11-07-2007 08:58 AM

drewbroo 11-07-2007 10:05 AM

My wifes dad works for Michelin in greenville SC. He gets these good deals on tires alot. I think I need to hit him up again for some more tires.
