Default Miata likes to get wet

While I was digging around my car for the ecu (which according to Haynes was SUPPOSED to be behind the pass. seat) i pulled up some carpet and found that the insulation underneath it was wet. It has been sitting in the garage for a couple of weeks and only the back half (trunk and part of the tap) has gotten wet due to a sudden storm, but the top was up, anyone know why the passenger footwell would be wet under the carpet? I also had the insulation under the carpet wet on the shelf, could my brand new rain rail be shittin' out?

I'm fairly certain that my holes are clean, but the passenger footwell always seems to be wet.

Yeah it could've been a/c drain. I kinda wish it was just for the sake of knowing...

I like it when my A/C drain tube is clogged.
It leaks all over my unsuspecting passengers feet which then causes them to swear and curse.
Makes me happy!
