I am still having issues with my HVAC. The blower motor is fairly new, and yet almost no air moves out of the vents. Today i took out my entire dash, separated the boxes and looked for blockage. I found nothing, Infact, while i had it out i even gutted my AC box and plugged the holes. There is now NO RESTRICTION and yet the air still is'nt moving.

After re-installing my dash i pulled out my blower motor to check that the impeller was blowing the right way, it is. it sucks from the center and blows out the sides. One thing i did notice tho is that it is JB-welded to the motor?!?!

I am thinking maybe I'm missing something that goes around the impeller or in the housing itself. Can i get some pics of inside the housing and/or your blower motor and impeller?
