What are some people thinking?!?

I have seen this thing around town for sale since around April. He started out asking $8500. The "custom" paint job is hideous in person. You can't really tell it from the picture but the brown detail down the side is air brushed snake skin.

This reminds me of a time that someone tried to sell me a COMPLETELY STOCK '99 for 9.2k. It had like 60k miles aswell.
