Default HELP! My gauge cluster lights don't work!

So I need some help. My Cluster lights, radio button lights, and rear taillights won't turn on. I already replaced the dimmer and its good. I also replaced the TNS relay (Which is the middle relay next to the fuse box correct?) with no avail. Any ideas?

So even cluster lights that are supposed to illuminate on startup, without headlights, e.g. CEL, airbag, etc. don't illuminate?

Wiring diagram indicates you should have a BLU/RED to the cluster that's always hot, and a BLK/YEL that's hot in run or start. Can you check power to those?

Those lights do light up. the check engine, seatbelt, airbag etc. all light up. But the gauges themselves do not light up. Where would I check power to those?

Not 100% sure, but diagram seems to indicate a RED/BLK and GRY/RED wire on the 10-wire connector that should plug in the back of the cluster.

So I figured it out. It was a blue little 15amp fuse that was hiding under the steering wheel. I can't believe I missed it.

There are fuses under the steering wheel?

On the NB, they're above the left knee / shin. On the NA, they're to the left of the clutch pedal. Much harder to access on the earlier cars.
