Miata and first time insurer...

Miata and first time insurer...
Well just moved out of the parents house, bought a place of my own, and thus its time for auto insurance to go into my name. It is through the same Nationwide office my parents have been using. Just looking for input from what other people are paying. I have a '99 miata as well as an '08 Toyota 4-Runner. I really don't have much of a clue as far as what I'm paying(good deal/bad deal), and was hoping to get some input. 25 year old, MAN, only thing on my driving record is a speeding ticket(50 in a 40) from about 6 months ago.
Also, there is a portion of the policy I have to sign off on regarding "special equipment". The car isn't really anything near stock any longer.. Supercharger, intercooler, suspension, rollbar, yada yada, but I am not interested in having aftermarket equipment covered. Say I sign off on "no special equipment", would that be an OK thing to do? Or is that asking for any type of claim being rejected?
Anyone's input would be great appreciated! Picture attached of coverage/premium summary..
Thanks,
Luke
edit: derp. pic won't upload... lets try something else...

Wow mine's like 1/2 of that. But I only have collision and comp on my Miata (the '96 Mark VIII with 200k on the odo doesn't need it) and I haven't had a speeding ticket in a long time. 26/m/Indy
I'll eventually need to find out what Allstate can do as far as an agreed-value plan, as I assume that's what most people here are doing for their heavily modded cars.
Also lol@the print screen of the picture of the computer screen.
Here we can go deeper:

That looks a bit pricey dude.... i have had my miata since i was 16... i only paid $75 per month til i got my mini in 2006. it went up quite a bit then, but i switched to USAA in 2008... and i only pay $80 per month, full coverage on BOTH cars, at state minimums. i would shop around a bit more if possible

So all of you saying he's getting screwed know what his credit score is, and you all live in DFW Texas area as well?
Nobody can really answer this question for you. All you can do is get 5-10 quotes and pick the cheapest.
I love these threads.
I pay $185/month for 6 cars, two drivers, and renters insurance through State Auto. I'm 27, my fiancee is 23.
And that data has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on your situation.
You're welcome!

I work in insurance. The rates have too many variants for you to compare it to other people's rates. (Age, how many drivers, driving record, liability limits, vehicle coverage, deductibles, the area you live in...) Just get quotes from a bunch of different companies and pick the one that sounds the best to you.
Just be glad that you don't live in Michigan.
