New top is leaking near bolt holes
 

I just finished replacing my top. I sourced a low mileage NB glass top from the junkyard, frame, rain gutter and everything. Swapped it over and found that water is coming out around the bolt holes that secure the back of the top through the rain gutter. Rain gutter is tucked behind the rear seal, the top is sandwiched inside, and the metal bar on the outside. I torqued things down correctly to 9lb and even if I overtorque I get water leaking through almost every bolt hole.
Is this because the run gutters cant be reused or something? is there some glue or o-ring around each bolt hole that's supposed to seal? do i need to buy a new rain gutter? can i use RTV or rubber washer around the bolt hole?

Edit: did some image searching and found a reference to a stud seal. I did not see these taking off my top, which was an aftermarket one. it never leaked back there. looks like it just a rubber/foam gasket. gonna buy some.
More edits: it looks like the NA didnt use stud seals because the rear section was double lined with the window sail, and curtain section that functioned as a seal.
Final edit for future references. Mazda part # 9995 20 400. They are near $3 each. I ended up getting 1/4" silicone rubber washers from mcmastercarr. 50 for $14----- these were too small, need 30mm in diameter.
