Default Compression before FMII

I am just about to pull the trigger on an FMII kit for my '95. I had the compression checked on my 102k original motor, and got:

150 150 145 150

I know that it's great to be consistent like that, but I am worried that the numbers are a bit low compated to the 180-190 ranges that others have reported. I know it can vary between different testers, and I didn't do it myself (have done all of the work on this car myself, but this was just part of a general checkover after I bought it, done by Apex Automotive - FM's New England recommended installer), so I can't say if it was wet or dry.

Should I be concerned?

I think consistent numbers are what you're really looking for, so if that's the case then you're golden. Does the motor burn any oil?

No blue smoke that I've seen, though I did have to add some occasionally at first (bought it last year). Replaced a few seals and did the clutch and it seems like it is better.

Did they do a leakdown test?

Lester would have told you if it was a problem.

No, no leakdown. Yeah, he said it seemed ok. Not great, but ok. I love Lester, but he doesn't exactly volunteer information.
