Oil drain line problem

I am installing my Kraken low mount, already tapped the pan with the 3/8bsp tap and the supplied barb fitting. Issue is no matter what hose route I use the hose kinks. Possibly because of the limited space with the A/C compressor in the way.

Does anyone have any pics of how they did theirs?

I was thinking of going to a 90 push lock, only issue is waiting a bit longer for the bsp to an fitting.

Also running coolant inlet to turbo from oil heater under the engine with a clamp on the subframe, has anyone had any issues doing it this way? I was originally going to run the line between the head and timing belt but need to run a non PS tensioner with my water pump inlet so it won't route as nicely as I'd like that way.

I had the same problem. I ended up doing a NPT to AN fitting and a 90 degree AN hose fitting. I can't remember the size, I want to say -08 or -10. This is an EFR setup, haven't had any issues with back pressure.
Edit: not sure my solution will work with AC, I deleted AC on my vehicle.

Yeah the line that came with the Kraken kit is 5/8" which I believe is the equivalent to -10. The only thing that sucks is the bsp threads, I could attempt to thread an npt fitting but would rather play it safe and just order a bsp fitting, just sucks as it won't ship as quickly. Glad to hear the 90 worked for you, from what I can see I should be able to tilt the 90 up shortly so it still flows downwards.

Found the fitting I need on Amazon, but won't ship for a few days unfortunately. I hate waiting for parts
