Oil on Spark Plugs

I know this may very well be a repeat thread but, I do promise that I did search(not just this site). I just want the advice of you guys because I trust your opinions above all.

So today, finishing up the installation of my new fuel system to go with the Intake Manifold that I bought from Brain, my plans were to get a start up tonight and do some basic tuning.

I decided to go ahead and change out my sparks plugs and upon pulling plugs 1 & 4 I noticed that they were covered in oil. Mostly on the threads and not the electrodes. Plugs 2 & 3 were a little bit rough looking(most likely due to my old supercharger engine management) but zero oil. The last time I had the car running was about 3 months ago and I noticed a little oil weeping out the valve cover and I had shitty hesition and spark. I did not drive the car but, just worked on the idle and making sure the basics were ok. I haven't cranked it since due to correcting mistakes I made in my turbo setup and just being scared of having a huge fuck up.

I did 2 searches on here and a few on google. The closest thing i've found that might be a possible problem would be the valve cover gasket, which I really, really hope it is. Other sources point to a head gasket which I really don't see as being the problem but still possible.

Any help will be much appreciated and please ask questions if I left something out that might be helpful.

[EDIT] Pulled the valve cover. Actually looks really clean but, unsure if this makes any difference at all. Looks down at the pistons(1 & 4) and once again, pretty clean.

maybe you should stuff some baby chickens in there to seal up the problem....

Thanks Curly, looks like I took the picture myself. So I guess this is where I need to start.

I really hope this ends up being the problem becuase I am out of funds for a few months, damn college is costing my cracker ass a fortune :jerkit:

$30 at napa last time I was there. They even had one in stock.

Change the VCG, and you'd better hope that's the problem because anything else is a lot more expensive.

Thats exactly what I'm worried about but, I'm probably just being paranoid. I'll see if I can pick up a gasket tomorrow.

If the gasket doesn't work and you do decide to do this, there is a chicken mulcher in the media section. might be worth it:2cents:
