Opinion on buying new Manley rods from ebay?

I've never bought from Ebay, but I have been scammed before. I found this guy. Is this real or a scam? I'm leaning on scam since all the positive reviews come in waves in a single day, how you would expect a computer program to act. I don't know. I'm pretty desperate for rods right now.
