Default Need help/info on turbo miatas.

Hey guys, not new to the miata scene, but new to modifying one. ive owned a NA18 97 before. Long story short, I miss it and want to get another to turbo and mod, well, sortof. At first, I was looking to get a 94-95 so I could get the 1.8 w/obd1 but somthing about a NB is just pulling me in, the newish styling is worth it to me to have a obd2 turbo car. So this is where my question lies, as I have seen and heard different things so far. Is their a difference with turbo kits for the NA18 and the NB18? Ive seen kits saying 94-02+ and then some saying 00-02 or whatever, so I guess what I really need is just a good direction to go in for turboing a miata, what the differences are through out the years and all that. Any help would be great.

hey guys,
I'm new here and I need everyone to stop doing whatever your doing and educate me. Don't tell me to search or read the FAQ's because I'm too busy and important to do the work myself. I didn't bother with the introduction section because its your job to answer my stupid questions. I'm an ignorant fucktard, and I want you to suffer through my lack of initiative. I'm also a power-bottom handballer, looking for a top to show me how much of a filthy, pig I can be. I'm looking to take some real abuse...but remember girls, my idea or safe-sex is "with a glove!" lol

You're going to be flamed like crazy because its painfully obvious that you didn't search. So stop posting and do that. Also look out for what type of diff you get when you buy your miata, 1.6 diff are weak, even on stock power. Dont buy any turbo stuff from ebay. Read stickies, post in the noob area and introduce yourself.

Edit: Also, laugh in Hustlers face he loves that.

why not just read the stickies and stop asking stupid ******* questions? Its not fun to recite every sticky on this site. We're not going to do it, just how no woman is going to offer her body to you. You're going to die a virgin, lol.

The primary difference is the EGR fittings. The 99-00 EGR is different than the 01+. The 94-97 EGR is also different. Otherwise, most other parts are the same.

You must feel awesome with your 8000 + post counts comming in on here e-bullying someone who was simply asking a question, without knowing there might could be some information already posted in a sticky. So how about this, you stop already, get over yourself, and leave the thread. Thanks.

Oh, and by the way....Maybe YOU should read the stickys as well

Actually, I feel awesome because I'm hung like a rhino and because when I walk into a club I take it over, its like a business and I'm Donald trump, Bill gates, or Steve Wynn and we just take over. i bust a front double bicep as soon as i get in, then after 2 redbull and vodkas i rip my shirt off and usually just sport a tank because "i have a buzz" which i really don't but its an excuse to take my shirt off and if anyone asks "I'm hot from the alcohol" then i hit up the bathroom and look for the handicap stall to get a good pump with the dip bars for the gimps, and I just do my thing you know, all ripped shredded, bro...constantly pulling ***** and making everyone else feel like ****, I'm tanner, more shredded, and I make it rain in that ************. Goose bottles left and right bro.

Statix,

You'll learn to enjoy Hustler's posts. I mean the man has a literary sense unlike anything I've seen before. I'm always on the lookout for his posts! Just disappointed none have been direct at me - I'm a newb too!

That is unless my crankshaft happens to be there. All the women will be so satisfied by my crankshaft's amazing pumping power that they will be heading out the door to go home and dream of the next encounter.

You get used to it.

When he makes normal posts it seems weird.

Though, search through the stickies and archived posts and it answers a CRAPLOAD of basic questions, then come ask the specifics.

miataturbo.net is just not so much a touchy-feely-hold-your-hand kind of place. thanks for posting the intro thread and doing some work to learn a little. there really is a ****-ton of info on the site but we tend not to give it out on a silver platter.

and yes, hustler is the first line of defense. or maybe that's offense....
