it looks to be the o2 seonsor wire.

Do you have an oxygen sensor that has a connector on the end like this?

thats the stock o2 sensor plug, if you have a wideband o2 sensor installed then it's possible the installer wired it directly to the ECU and bypassed the stock connection.
