Default Rear subframe bolts

Came back from a track day and found that my subframe bolts starting rip through the floor.

I figured i can weld in plates to help support the bolts to the floor. I was curious if anyone has experienced this before?

My first question would be whether the fasteners were properly torqued. The clamp force should keep the weld stud in the your first photo from separating away from the sheet metal that far, irrespective of the other elevated loads on the subframe from track use. Next place to look would be for something crushed or bent, from potential movement of the subframe due to improper torque.

personally ive never had the subframe out so there is a chance the previous owner might have not torqued them properly. had the car in the air and see no damage underneath, even peaked in side the rails with a camera and seems fine.
