Removed turbo set up... timing is off

Hey guys!
I removed the turbo set up on my car because I was going to sell it. It wasn't running after upgrading the daughterboard but it turns out my Igniter (ignition control module) was bad. So I decided to put it back to stock'ish so it'll run, then I could sell the kit and the car separately. Now that I've cleaned her up and got her running for the first time since almost this time last year (...along with my other boosted project just sitting in the garage), I decided I might keep her and just enjoy her for a while before doing any modding again.

Well she starts up fine, idles. I have the jumper on the TEN/GND and a timing gun. TDC the mark is about 4 deg off (retarded). But when I get it to operating temps and adjust the screw so its idling around 850, the timing is at the very end of the timing gauge (like 0 or something). The CAS is adjusted as far as I can get it (down, or clockwise if you're facing the back of the engine).

So how do I adjust timing if I cant adjust the CAS any further? I read through posts and my manuals, Haynes, etc, nothing regarding that. Is it possible I have something flipped 180 (I did do cam gear seals last year) but its been running since.

It basically starts right up and idles, well after temps get up. But it just has no power and im certain the timing is off by at least 10deg. Thanks for any help you guys can provide! I miss driving this car

btw...Im curious if its possible the CAS piece that slides into the back of the Camshaft can actually be rotated 180' and be off..? I know the trigger wheel was backwards...I found out the hard way after removing the upgraded trigger wheel/reluctor. But I put the stock one back in and it turned out I had it facing the wrong direction.

Again, the car runs fine and idles especially once warmed up..holds a solid 850 rpm. But the only thing I can think of is the CAS is rotated 180 (but I didn't think logically that mattered unless the sensor or reluctor is rotated 180 off from where it was when I removed it, because I had just put it in without thinking which 180 it should have been set at.. Other than that, Im out of ideas to be able to further advance the timing :/

Well from what I read around the forums is that, the tangs/wings on the CAS that slide into the back of the Camshaft can only go in one way. Its off center so it shouldn't be able to be flipped 180..

If that's the case, I'm guessing I have timing issues and need to pull the timing cover and verify the cams are set properly and the belt hasn't slipped.
