Removing door tar
So have been told use lacker thinner and all that but i'm not enjoying scrubbing off tar. is there a easier way to remove that crap. about to just duct tape over it :giggle:

Honestly, that's how I did it on my car. I just left it there until I gutted the door.

I initially scraped off the majority of the goop with a putty knife. This just left a thin layer. After that, a large bottle of Goo Gone and a couple of rolls of paper towels did the trick.
Only did this on one door, though, as it was just stupidly time-intensive for the end result. |
can't cut my doors out, i'm already maxed points to run mod class in miata challenge =D
also not cutting them out tell i have a cage with real door bars |
