replace window regulator cables
 

how exactly would i go about replacing my window regulator cables with bicycle brake cables...both sides broke on my 90 miata with manual windows and i was told it could be fixed with bicycle brake cables.

I too would like to know this. Mine aren't broken but they are a bit frayed and don't behave nice.

I bought this for my track car 5-years ago and never looked back. They are faster than stock and will probably last longer.

It's not cheap, but I don't have to worry about broken cables again. I suppose some of this frustration was left-over from my VW ailment at the time.

looks nice but I wouldn't want to spend that kinda money even before shipping it to the end of the world :)
