Default Water/Meth with Nitrous?

Hey everyone, I am looking to get some feedback about getting water/meth. I currently have a 99 NB boosted at 7-8psi with a 35 shot of nitrous. I am thinking about getting water/meth to up the boost to 15 psi. If I am using a wet shot through a fogger for the nitrous, will injecting a water/meth mix and the nitrous be an issue since they will both be injected together? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

What are you using for engine management?

I do not think it will be an issue, however if I were you, I would very slowly bring up the boost and look for signs of trouble.

Are you fogging with one nozzle or four?

No problem.

Also, are you planning on using the water/meth for fuel enrichment? Im not sure how limited you are with the Link as far as injector size goes, but preferably you would just do water injection, no meth. Just add a touch of isopropyl alcohol to the water to prevent algae.

OK thanks guys. I'm using one fogger ...if I use water and expose it to nitrous oxide will it have freezing issues in the absence of alcohol or meth?

Is your engine built? 15psi + NAWS sounds like broken stock engine to me.

When I used to drag race my car. I was running 11psi(M45 heaton) and a 50 shot with a single fogger right before the throttle body and meth. I was spraying right off the line, power shifting and spraying through the shifts. That was on a 190k stock motor, stock 5 speed and stock Torsen.

My car ran well set up like this, I have a stack of 7 second 1/8th mile time slips to prove it.

Yes but 11psi on an m45 isnt ever cracking 170hp. 15psi from even a tiny t25 is coming close to what the block can take by itself.

FM says 15 psi is fine... Just going to be stressful on the motor. Hence the water/meth...themotor is stock

water injection will prevent detonation, but its not going to prevent your rods from bending.

OK so maybe look at some push rods...I was considering that anyway... Anyone know what the weakest points of the motor are? I hear push rods and rocker arms and that the head valves springs are strong.. is this accurate?

Yes, convert the BP to pushrods. That'll solve the problems.

Please don't breed.

You'll definitely want some forged pushrods and rocker arms. Make sure to replace the turbo encabulator too or you'll burn up the forged pushrods before you know it, especially with nitrous.

Ehh I'd rather have tungsten cowhide rocker arms with roller pin buckets.

So basically you don't know if that's accurate?
