Hey guys, just got a 90 VVT swap. Rotted to all hell and im working through making repair panels

I had some questions regarding some wiring on this car. Figured you guys would know this car better than me. I have a few mystery connectors as well as questions about some stuff Id like to add. This is a 90 base(i think) with a factory hardtop and AC. It lacks everything else. According to the brochure as well as some online results, the base should not have a radio. My car has both a radio and the CD player(which i believe req A or B pkg). I would like to try and fit CC, PS, and Power windows. Are these options easily retrofittable using my current harness? Im okay with adding wires if need be.

Evidently, this car is a hodgpodge of different years. It has NA8 wheels, a VVT engine, 7" open diff(idk the ratio yet). I am planning on repairing the rust and learning metal fab while Im doing it.

would my car be able to easily fit these options or will i have to get creative with it? What interchange/upgrades can i pull from my NB to improve this NA?(NB gets new parts, NA gets the old NB parts)

pic 1 is my console removed, I cannot find the power window connector
2 is a blank switch with wiring behind it. Where can i find it in the wiring diagram?
3 is a connector i found in the engine bay by the pack of relays flanking the dx side

what do these mystery connectors do?
